Welcome to My Seen, Read and Heard weblog, where you can read about just everything that comes to my mind. Admittedly, this will range too wide for those who would read blogs because they have a particular interest or specialty in mind. Suffice it to say that my interests are broad, although I have a preference in history, linguistics/philology, cinema and television, and law and politics. I also love trivia, which is why I rarely lose in Trivial Pursuit.
By and by I would post something that I hope would generate interest and comment from people who just want to learn about something about everything. Obviously, this would involve my observations, things I read from books and periodicals (as well as the Internet) and those things I hear from people of all walks of life. This will sometimes involve anniversaries of events that happen in history, a review of a book or movie, commentaries on current events and issues, in short everything under the sun.
I will not shy from controversies. Right here and now, I have to tell you that I am a skeptic towards conspiracies although I would not easily discount such stories just because they allegedly involve conspiracies for they sometimes have a germ of truth.
